From the 2022 District Bylaws, Article VIII, Section 1: "Meetings of the District Council are held at the call of the President, at a time and place most convenient to the majority of its members. Meetings will be held in September, November, January, March, and May with the District Convention to be held in April. Special meetings of the District Council may be held upon call of the President or upon written request of seven (7) members of the District Council.
